Products categorise themselves as you type

Building a clean catalog is faster when categories fill themselves in. As you type a product name in RushFlow, it suggests the most likely category as a clickable breadcrumb — for example “Women › Jewellery › Necklace” — and tapping it sets the category and sub-category in one tap. On plans with Rush AI it can also suggest the category from the product’s photo. You stay in control: nothing is applied until you tap.

One tap instead of a long lookup

On a big catalog, picking a category on every product is slow and inconsistent. RushFlow reads the words in the name, matches them to your category tree, and offers the path — so staff add products faster and everything lands in the same place.

  • Suggested category path shown as you type the name
  • One tap fills the category and sub-category
  • Works on web, POS and the management app
  • Consistent categories = trustworthy reports and browsing

Or let the photo decide

When the name is vague but the picture is obvious, Rush AI can suggest the category by visually comparing the product to similar items you already sell.

  • AI category suggestion from the product photo
  • Same visual engine as find-by-photo and duplicate detection
  • Always a suggestion — you can override it
  • Name-based suggestion works on every plan
