Who did what, and undoing it
The Activity Centre answers two questions that are otherwise hard to answer: who did this, and can it be undone. It reads document history and the stock ledger, so a stock movement appears even when no document was filed.
Reverting is a mirror, not an eraser
A revert posts an opposing entry mirroring the original — same accounts, same stock, opposite direction. The original stays visible, which is what makes the books explainable afterwards.
Two identical entries are not always a duplicate
If the same figure appears twice, check whether a reversal sits between them. A document reversed and then re-entered legitimately produces two matching entries, and the net is correct.
Some actions cannot be reversed automatically, usually because something later depends on them. The Activity Centre says so rather than attempting a partial undo.
